Description

The YORK® mini stepper is an excellent way to get more steps into your day, even when stuck in the office.  This unit automatically tracks the number of steps per minute, the workout total count and the total amount of calories burned on an easy to read LED display.  A knob under the foot steps lets you adjust the range of movement to vary the intensity level for a more challenging workout.  The range can be adjusted up to setting 14.  This unit takes 1 AA battery.
